I offer personalized services by way of classical Āyurvedic health counselling and non-conventional therapies. First-time clients are asked to do in-depth Āyurvedic health consultations.

In one-on-one sessions, I’ll help you address your unique health concerns—physical, mental, or emotional. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a personalized plan to restore balance and prevent recurrence.
With the wisdom of Ayurveda, you’ll gain the tools to maintain your health long-term. Rather than treating just isolated symptoms like digestive issues or hormonal imbalances, we’ll focus on balancing your whole system, since everything is interconnected.

An Ayurvedic Food Plan
Together, we’ll create an eating plan that suits your lifestyle and health needs. You’ll have a solid framework that is easy to implement so you know when, how, and what to eat to be as healthy as you possibly can.
Ayurvedic Herbs & Spices
Herbs and spices may be suggested as part of your prescription. Spices are indicated according to your body type and season. Herbs may also be recommended, but they are chosen carefully and sparingly and only as a support to the other changes you are making.
Sustainable Asana Practice
Specific yoga poses will be selected to bring balance to your body type. We will consider the seasons, time of day and month, current health state, and stage of life. You will be offered a unique at-home practice routine that fits your schedule to support you in cultivating mindfulness, harmony, and peace and releasing stress instead of adding to it! Your body will get stronger and more flexible too!
Somatic Therapy & Mindfulness
Somatic therapy has demonstrated significant benefits for individuals dealing with mental health conditions like PTSD, anxiety, and depression. By bringing awareness back to your body, we can recondition it to release stored trauma, leading to improvements in overall well-being. Mindfulness practices, including meditation and pranayama, will help you remain present and alleviate stress, fostering a deeper connection with yourself.
Fostering Healthy Habits & Routines
A crucial part of our collaboration will involve assessing your current habits and determining which ones serve you best. Together, we will explore small, manageable changes that can help you cultivate a deeper sense of inner knowing and align with your true self. This process will make it easier for you to implement lasting changes that enhance your health and well-being.

Please note that I do not bill insurance companies directly. If you are using insurance, I am happy to provide you with a receipt so your insurance company can reimburse you.
Your counselling session fees are also claimable as a personal expense on your annual tax returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel, call or email me at least 48 hours before your appointment to get a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice or less will be refunded 50% of the appointment fee.

Your consultation begins with a thorough health assessment of your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll complete a wellness questionnaire to share your health history and goals, and together, we’ll explore your unique constitution. Based on this, I’ll provide personalized recommendations for lifestyle changes, self-care, diet, and herbal treatments to restore balance.
Each consultation lasts 90 minutes and is available in-person, online, or by phone. Follow-ups are offered as needed to support your ongoing progress. This holistic approach aims to bring balance to every aspect of your life, empowering you to become your own healer and take control of your health—no matter what challenges arise.

You'll receive personalized guidance on diet, lifestyle changes (including daily routine), stress management, exercise, meditation, and herbal remedies tailored to your unique body type and life stage. We’ll start by listening to your story, then conclude with a customized wellness plan designed to restore balance. These services are not one-size-fits-all—each plan is deeply individualized, in true alignment with the principles of Ayurveda, to help you achieve optimal health.

Resources to support you beyond sessions, including recipes, handouts, and journaling worksheets as well as guided meditation, relaxation, and a list of yoga practices.

Follow-up appointments are encouraged to help you develop and reinforce healthier habits and routines. They also allow us to check in and adapt your wellness plan to current needs. We may build on what’s been established, make adjustments, address new health concerns, and add to the current recommendations.

I'll teach you how to prepare and enjoy food that enhances vitality and well-being, without stress or complexity. With a simple framework for meal planning, you'll feel empowered to cook nourishing meals that support your health and maintain balance in your body and mind.

Looking for support with your daily routine? Learn how to structure your daily yoga practice according to your unique constitution and wellness needs. I will provide you with suggested breathwork (pranayama), postures (asana), cleansing techniques (kriyas), meditation, mudras, and mantras to start your day off in a calm and relaxed way that is both personal and manageable.
